GMSL will combine with Energy One Limited to create the industry leader for software and services in energy markets, with Fluxys becoming a strategic shareholder of Energy One. The transaction is subject to shareholder approvals and closing conditions and is expected to be confirmed by the end of 2026.
This partnership will strengthen GMSL’s capabilities, broaden our offering and enhance our ability to support clients operating in increasingly complex energy markets.
We will continue to provide high-quality and reliable services and software solutions from our UK offices, with our clients remaining at the centre of what we do.
Together with Energy One, we will create a broader software and services package with greater scale, expertise and market coverage across global energy markets.
