GMSL was established in 1996 alongside the introduction of the UK Network Code and daily balancing within the UK gas market by four individuals who were looking to provide secure and reliable software and 24/7 services to UK gas shippers. As European gas markets deregulated in the years that followed, GMSL expanded its services and software solutions to meet the expanding needs of its clients.
We now provide software solutions and services to gas shippers and balance responsible parties in the energy markets across Europe.
Over the past three decades, GMSL has established itself as the leading provider of software and 24/7 services across the European energy sector. Today, we employ over 120 professionals, support more than 250 client contracts across 35 gas and power markets and send over 30 million energy messages annually on behalf of our clients.
