You can log a new call automatically onto our call tracking system by simply sending us a support email, if the query is related to a previous call then please include case # in the subject line (where # is the number of the previous call).
New support calls can also be logged directly onto our call tracking system, where you can also view progress on existing support calls.
Please try to include as many details as you can to help us to identify the problem, and provide a solution as quickly as possible.
