EuroRunner can send text lifting notices to the Norway network, these notices are
usually sent by e-mail.

This section details the steps required to set-up the lifting notices in
EuroRunner.

To set-up EuroRunner to allow sending of the Norway network notices by e-mail; set the
following properties for the Norway Network:
- This option enables sending of notices.

Next ensure the Use Transfers rather than Nominations option is
selected.
Then set-up specific templates for the notices to be sent/viewed as:
- Checking this allows daily notices to be sent.
- Select the Norway send template.
- Select the Norway view template.
Repeat these steps for the weekly notice section of the network notice set-up if you wish to
also send weekly lifting forecasts.
Open the Network Notice Order screen from the Admin menu, and
select the Norway network, then select the Flange Order tab:
- Tick all the flanges that you wish to appear in the fields section of the

flange properties, and select the shippers tab:

Note: Shippers without an order will not appear.
Edifact codes are used to identify locations, so for all flanges with
names different to the Edifact code, a system code is required for the
conversion. Open the System Codes screen from the Admin menu, and add
system codes for your locations:
- Select the counterparty that is the Norway network Operator.
- Select Location as entity type.
- Enter the name of the flange in EuroRunner.
- Enter the Edifact code of the flange, this must be in upper case.
- Select Out to apply system codes to outgoing notice only.
- Select Both to apply for both entry and exit nominations.
Codes are used to identify shippers used for Opflex/Lineflex etc.,
so for all shippers names different to the code, a system code is required for the
conversion. Open the System Codes screen from the Admin menu, and add
system codes for your shippers:
- Select the counterparty that is the Norway network Operator.
- Select Shipper as entity type.
- Enter the name of the shipper in EuroRunner.
- Enter the code of the shipper, this should be as follows:
LFLX to represent the LINEFLEX item on the lifting notice.
OFLX to represent the OPFLEX item on the lifting notice.
LFILL to represent the LINEFILL item on the lifting notice.
IMBAL to represent the IMBALANCE item on the lifting notice.
- Select Out to apply system codes to outgoing notice only.
It is also possible that a system code will be required for the
Counterparty to ensure that the FROM and SUBJECT lines are as
required, do this in a similar manner to setting up the other system codes
as already detailed.
