Monitoring End User Demand
Our 24/7 team can monitor end user demand receiving information from a variety of sources such as meter reads and web, faxed or verbal nominations. We will then respond to changes in the demand profile to optimise your supply position in accordance with your instructions.
Interruption
We can notify on-call representatives of the need to interrupt sites where this is called for by TSOs, send faxed notices of interruption to the end users concerned and co-ordinate the confirmation of interruption back to the TSO. For small numbers of sites we are also able to contact the end users by telephone.
Supply Point Administration (SPA)
If you are starting to supply end users in the UK or aim to have a small number in your portfolio we can carry National Grid SPA process on your behalf.
After the Day
We can process meter reading data and verify National Grid invoices that relate to supplying end users.
