As a company everything we do is focused around gas operations. We have been running a 24 hour gas operations team since 1996 and our current operations activities cover Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Norway and the UK. Through time we have acquired a great deal of technical know-how and we understand that accuracy and attention to detail are always required.

During the initial set up we take time to understand your requirements and to tailor our services to meet your needs. We regularly review your experience of our services to make sure that we continue to perform as desired. You can change parameters such as trigger prices or nominations strategy at any time. The services that we offer can also change as the scale and range of your operations change so that you only pay for the services that you are using.

Cost and Management Time Savings

Because we specialise in providing operations services we can offer savings through economies of scale against a stand alone team. Whilst nobody is going to select an operations solution based solely on cost, if an equivalent quality of service is available at a reduced cost then a significant saving is a genuine benefit. Furthermore the alternative of running an in-house shift team is very management intensive in part because the nature of a shift work is that the team work while you do not making it hard to share information and expertise around the team and in part because the nature of shift work often leads to a relatively high staff turnover leading to repeated recruitment and training costs.

We use a range of automated and manual cross checks to ensure that your portfolio is within your rights and entitlements.
